William L. Doonan,Jr., 83, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Tuesday, September 10, 2002 at his residence. He was born in Wilmington, Delaware and came here from Kensington, MD. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII, Korea and Vietnam and attained the rank of Lieutenant. He was a member of St. Raphael's Catholic Church. He is survived by one daughter, Patricia M.
