Bernard W. "Ike" Eichelberger, 91, of formerly of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008 in Anderson, SC. He moved to St. Petersburg in 1971 from his native Baltimore, MD and moved to Spartanburg, SC in 2000. He was a Home Deliveryman at the former Hood's Dairy St. Petersburg and after retirement from Hood's Dairy, he was a driver for the St. Petersburg Times for 13 years. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church and was Third Degree in the Knights Of Columbus. He was a Coast Guard Veteran. He is survived by his daughter, Jean E. Eichelberger of Spartanburg and a sister, Mary Koeber of Blairsville, GA. Friends may call 10 AM to service time at 11 AM Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008 at E. Dale Gunter Funeral Home 4100-16th St. No. Interment will follow at Royal Palm Cemetery North. $(document).ready(function(){ });
