Carla Suzanne Bryant Jackson, 39, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Friday January 4, 2002 at Bayfront Medical Center. Born in DeLand, Florida. She moved to St. Petersburg in 1986 from Jackson, Mississippi, where she graduated from Pearl High School and attended Hinds Jr. College. She was a 1990 cum laude graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor of arts degree in education. She was a training coordinator of adjudication at the Veterans Administration regional office in St. Petersburg and was Baptist. Survivors include a son, Bryant Jackson, and two daughters, Dalea Jackson and Brandi Jackson, all of St. Petersburg; her parents Bill and Mary Ann Bryant of Leesburg, Florida; a brother, Billy Bryant of Brandon, Florida and two sisters, Jon Ann Cooksey of Inverness and Cynthia Ann Hobson of Mansfield, Texas. Memorial service - 3:00 PM Thursday, January 10, 2002 at the Liberty Baptist Church 9401 - 4th Street North with Dr. Ralph Wilson and Chaplain Doug Harrell officiating. Memorial contributions are preferred to the Carla Suzanne Jackson Trust Fund at South Trust Bank. $(document).ready(function(){ });
