Dr. Carlos D. LeCroy, 60, of Tierra Verde, FL, died Friday, March 7, 2003 in the emergency room at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL. He was born in Chattanooga, TN and moved to Tierra Verde in 1989 from Tampa, FL where he moved in 1960 from Lawrenceburg, IN. He was a 1969 graduate of the University Of South Florida in Tampa, a 1973 graduate of Emory University Dental School in Atlanta, and a 1979 graduate of the V.A. Endodontic program in Miami and was an Endodontist and partner in LeCroy, Delgado, and Kamaris, PA in Tampa for 24 years. He was a Green Beret reservist and was a member of numerous professional dental associations. He was an avid boater and fisherman and attended the Island Chapel in Tierra Verde. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Barbara, one son and daughter-in-law, Jon and Sara LeCroy of Maplewood, NJ, his mother, Mary Louise LeCroy of St. Petersburg, one sister, Willow Pscion of Tampa, and two grandchildren, Jack and Corinne LeCroy of Maplewood, NJ.
