Joseph L. Millard IV

Millard, Joseph L., IV, 63, of Kenneth City, Florida, passed away Monday, May 9, 2011. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio and came here in 1956 from New Middleton, OH. He was a 1964 graduate of St. Petersburg High School and a 1970 graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor Of Science degree in Psychology. He was the owner of America’s Best Counter Tops in Pinellas Park. He is survived by his wife, Betty Veronneau; 1 daughter, Jennifer L. (Mark) Schley; 1 son, Robert J. (Brenda) Millard; his mother, Mary Lou Millard; 1 brother, Daniel (Luanne) Millard all of St. Petersburg; 2 sisters, Terry (Jackie) Cooper of Perry, GA, LouAnn (Alan) Lovell of Clearwater; 5 grandchildren, Jason, Cole, Anthony, Arianna, and Brody. He was predeceased by his father, Joseph Millard, III. A memorial service will be 3 PM Friday, May 13, 2011 at E. Dale Gunter Funeral Home 4100-16th St. No. with Rev. Sean Cooper officiating.
