Joseph Edward Raudat, 69, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Friday, April 11, 2003 at his residence under the care of The Hospice Of The Florida Suncoast. He was born in Middletown, CT and moved to St. Petersburg in 1960 from Killingworth, CT. where he was a member of the volunteer fire department. He was a 1966 graduate of St. Petersburg Jr. College then returned in the early seventies and was a graduate of one of the first Paramedic classes. He was a Firefighter/Paramedic with the city of St. Petersburg for twenty years. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Knights Of Columbus Council #12306 of St. Petersburg, and the International Association Of Firefighters and was a member of the Elks Club in Banford, CT. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Marilyn P., one son, Dr. Charles W. Raudat of Philadelphia, two daughters, Maryanne Gardner of Hardy, VA, Rosemarie A. Marquez of St. Petersburg, and nine grandchildren.
