Regets, 82, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Monday, February 24, 2003 at St. Anthony's Hospital. He was born in Riddlesburg, PA and came here in 1992 from Hollidaysburg, PA. He was a union laborer with a construction company. He served in the Civilian Conservation Corps and was a Army Veteran of WWII where he received the Asiatic Pacific Theater Ribbon with one Bronze Service Star. He was a member of St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Duncansville, PA and a member St. Paul's Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Clara R., three sons, John P. Steward of Edgemoor, SC, Emmert I. Steward of Fort Mill, SC, Fredrick M. Regets of Hollidaysburg, one daughter, Betty Jane Neely of Altoona, PA, one brother, Andrew Regets of Aiken, SC , one sister Helen Ranney of Tonawanda, NY, fourteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. $(document).ready(function(){ });
