Theodore Herbert "Ted" Roberts, 77, died Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was born in Shebly, Ohio and was a 16 year seasonal Resident of St. Petersburg. He was a maintenance worker for the Ohio Power Co., a Navy veteran of WWII and attended the Solid Rock Christian Church in St. Petersburg. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Ruby N; three sons, Teddy Roberts of Chicago, IL, Robert Roberts of Alabama, Jon Roberts of Ontario, Ohio; one step son, Harold Patrick of St. Petersburg, FL; three step daughters, Wanda Haught of Willard, Ohio, Peggy Rickard of Niagara Falls, NY, Dorothy Treft of Attica, Ohio; three brothers, Ardis "Bud" Roberts of Pocosst, MA, Charles Roberts of Mansfield, Ohio, Donald Roberts of Shelby, Ohio; one sister, Margaret Carter of Mansfield, Ohio; six grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
