Thomas M. Scannell, 85, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Sunday, August 1, 2004 at the Dept. Of Veterans Affairs Medical Center at Bay Pines, FL. He was born in Chicago, IL and moved to St. Petersburg in 1963 from San Francisco, CA. He retired as Master Sergeant from the U.S. Army after 20 years service.
