Frances Smith, 72, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Friday, September 23, 2011. She moved to St. Petersburg in 1956 from her native Fitzgerald, GA and was a manager at Callahan Bail Bonds. She was Baptist. She is survived by 1 son, Kevin D. Kaiser of St. Petersburg; 1 daughter, Janet C. (Vincent) Colson of Pinellas Park, FL; 1 sister, Nadine Sizemore of Largo, FL; and 2 grandchildren, John and Jessica Colson. Friends may call 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at E.
