Norma Irene Waters, 82, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Sunday, December 27th, 2009 at Bayfront Medical Center. Mrs. Waters moved St. Petersburg in 1947 from her native Winston Salem, NC. She was a member of St. James United Methodist Church in St. Petersburg where she was the church secretary for many years. She is survived by 1 son, Mark Waters of New Brockton, AL, 2 daughters, Linda Waters of Austin, TX, Shirley A. Novelly of Redington Shores, 2 brothers, Raymond Pfaff of Fayetteville, NC, Bob Pfaff of Winston Salem, NC, sister-in-law, Wilma Pfaff, granddaughter Sherrylynn Novelly and a great granddaughter, Josey Novelly.
