Willis, Justin Thomas, 19, of St. Petersburg,Florida died Monday, December 31, 2001 at Tampa General Hospital. He was a native of St. Petersburg, Florida and attended St. Petersburg High School. He was a Tow Truck Driver for Aarow Towing where he was a Road Ranger. He was a Private First Class in the Florida Army National Guard where he served in the Transportation Corps. He received the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Service Ribbon and Driver's Badge with Wheeled Device. He completed Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Leondard Wood, MO. He was a former member of the Civil Air Patrol and the St. Petersburg Police Explorers Post. He was Protestant. He is survived by his wife, Nicole, one son, Joshua, his mother, Sherry A. Willis; one brother Jared; maternal Grandparents, Edward & Roxann Beidler, all of St. Petersburg, Florida; maternal great grandfather, Edward K. Beidler of Sarasota, Florida. and mother and father-in-law, Denise and Michael Sowers, of St. Petersburg, Florida.
