February 5th, 1926 - April 6th, 2008
Carpenter, Frances Shirley "Bink" 82, of St. Petersburg, went to be with her husband, son, and daughter on Sunday, April 6, 2008. Raised in St. Petersburg, she graduated from St. Petersburg High School. After retiring from E-Systems, where she never clocked in late, she devoted her time to her family, friends, gardening, baking, bowling, and the Buccaneers. She is survived by her grandchildren and their spouses, Sara and Pablo Alva, Michael Edwards and Sharon Pflaumer; great-grandchildren, Caroline and Michael Jr; as well as siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Friends may gather on Sunday, April 13, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Anderson McQueen Funeral & Cremation Center, 2201 Dr. MLK St. N. until service at 2:00 PM. Private inurnment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. Donations may be made to the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast.
