Schell, Frances A., 93 of St. Petersburg, formerly of Ft. Lauderdale, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Fall River, MA, on July 29, 1922 to the late Charles F. Bottomley and the late Mary J. Bottomley. She married Robert E. Schell, Sr. on January 22, 1944. Frances is survived by her children, Robert E. Schell, Jr. (Elaine), Suzanne M. Schell, Linda J. Schell-Strickland, Michael C. Schell (Dawn), Patricia A. Adamo (William), Katherine L. Blanco; brother, Charles F. Bottomley (Lois); twelve grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Schell, Sr.; son, Richard J. Schell, Sr.; granddaughter, Mary Schell; siblings, Katherine Fletcher, and Joan A. Montford. Visitation will be held between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Anderson McQueen Family Tribute Center, 2201 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33704. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015 at St. Paul Catholic Church at 11:00 A.M., 1800 12th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33704. Interment will follow the mass at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
