May 28th, 1919 - June 10th, 2008
Ceski, Edward L. Eddie, 89 of St. Petersburg died Tuesday, June 10 at The Abbey and under the care of Hospice. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, and is survived by his stepson Arthur J. Siedler of Champaign, IL and his wife, Doris, 7 step grandchildren and their offspring and 8 grandnieces and grandnephews. Eddie was employed in Chicago and Detroit, MI, by armored car companies prior to moving to Florida in 1967. He was owner and manager of Bay View Apartments for many years. Eddie was a Navy veteran of WWII serving from 1943-5 and a member of the American Legion Post #14. A visitation will be held Sunday, June 15 from 6-8pm and a memorial mass on June 16 at 10am at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. M. L. King St. N., St. Petersburg. Interment will follow the service at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5750 49th St. N., St. Petersburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, 5770 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33760, St. Raphael's Catholic Church, or to the donor's choice.
