July 15th, 1929 - June 22nd, 2008
Danner, Elizabeth White Betty was born on July 15, 1929 to her parents Charles Vines White and Eleanor Cartwright White, both deceased. She would have been 79 on July 15th. She graduated from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, with a BS degree and a Tennessee Lifetime Teacher's Certificate. She graduated from the University of Tampa with a Master's Degree. She was an elementary teacher in both Chattanooga and Memphis, Tennessee. Upon moving to Florida, she was employed by Pinellas County Schools at Fuguitt Elementary, Bay Vista Elementary, Azalea Middle School, Child's Park Fundamental, and Madeira Beach Elementary, as both a teacher and an administrator. She retired in 1991 as principal of Madeira Beach Elementary. She passed away June 22, 2008 due to the chronic lung disease known as COPD. She was preceded in death by her brother, Rhea Jackson White. She is survived by her husband, Donald Danner, of 29 years; 4 children: Randy Bundschu and his wife, Susan; Patty Brewer and her husband, Chuck; Kathy Kelley; and Rick Bundschu and his wife, Claudia; 8 grandchildren: Kimberly, Natalie, Beth, Jennifer, Vanessa, Nikita, Megan, and Ian; 1 brother: Charles Vines White, Jr.; and 2 sisters-in-law: Mary and Jodie. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2008 from 5 - 7 with a prayer service beginning at 5. The funeral service will be on Friday, June 27, 2008 at 10 AM, both at Anderson McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. MLK Jr. St. N. She was so loved and respected by her family and many friends. She was a Catholic and loved her church.
