January 11th, 1956 - December 29th, 2008
Nuhn, Cynthia A., Cindy Mandl, died on Monday, December 29th at Bayfront Hospital. She moved to St. Petersburg from Milledgeville, GA in 1984. She graduated from California State University, Northridge with a B.A. in Studio Arts and completed the course work for a Masters Degree in Art History. After completing a Masters Degree in Library Science at the University of South Florida, Tampa, she was employed as an academic librarian in colleges throughout St. Petersburg and taught a Humanities class in the PEL Program at Eckerd College. A member of the Arts Center, she was a painter and fiber artist. She is survived by her husband, James Nuhn, 5 nieces and 5 nephews. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes.
