Richard is survived by his wife, Nola Barnard; children, Richard Barnard (Carol) of Jacksonville, FL; Debra Hickey of Wareham, MA; Sheryl McDonough (Michael) of St. Petersburg, FL; grandchildren, Jessica and Benjamin of Jacksonville, FL; Lynn and Megan of St. Petersburg, FL; brothers Thomas Barnard, of Brockton, MA; Frederick Barnard of Holbrook, MA; many close family and friends.
