Rose C. Guarraia died peacefully at Bon Secours Maria Manor on August 23, 2015. Rose was born in New York City where she was employed as a Legal Secretary before coming to St Petersburg in 1978. Her engaging smile and gentleness is evident by the large number of friends and acquaintances that she had. She loved music and was a member of a number of choral groups for many years. She was also a member of the the Women of the Moose Club. She is survived by her twin brother Anthony and many nieces, nephews and their families. She is predeceased by brothers Charles, Joseph, Michael, and sisters Mary and Anna. Services are by Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. MLK St N, St Petersburg, 33704. Visitation will be held in Remembrance Hall on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 9:00-11:00 am, and a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be at Holy Family Catholic Church at 12:00 pm. Interment to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Holy Family Church or Suncoast Hospisce are suggested.
