Gagen, Raymond W. 88, of St. Petersburg, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2009 at St. Anthony's Hospital. Ray was born in Leicester, MA on Christmas day in 1920 and served in the United States Army. He moved to Florida in 1951 with his wife, Marion, and they built their own mobile and home supply store on 4th St. N. They had a camper van and loved to travel around the country, as well as 2 trips to Ireland. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Pinellas County Sheriff's Mobile Posse. Ray was well liked by everyone. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Marion; niece, Gail Marion Montysko and her husband, Joseph of Auburn, MA; nephew, Gerald Norman Prachniak and his wife, Shirley of Worcester, MA; great-nephews, Gregory and Eric Montysko; and great-great-niece, Heather Montysko. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 30, 2009 from 5 - 7 PM at Anderson McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. MLK Jr. St. N. A funeral mass will held on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 1 PM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 200-78th Avenue NE, with burial to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
