He is survived by his wife; Gloria; children, Christine, Beth, Sean, Jill, and Stefan; 8 grandchildren; parents-in-law, John and Opal Ruhl; and a ton of friends. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 6 PM at First Baptist Church, 1900 Gandy Blvd. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Tampa International Airport Chaplaincy, P.O. Box 20371, Tampa, FL 33622-3071.
