Cherbonneaux, Elizabeth June (Schlesinger), age 85 of Ruskin, FL, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2015. Visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Saturday, October 3rd, at Anderson McQueen Family Tribute Center, 2201 Dr. MLK Jr. Street North, St. Petersburg, FL, 33704. Ceremony will be held at Anderson McQueen at 10am on Sunday, October 4th. Burial will follow the ceremony at Memorial Park Cemetery. Elizabeth was ordained as a Minister of the Universal Church of the Master in 1985 and has provided spiritual help to many over the years. She has traveled to India and Nepal and has met with Madam Indira Gandhi, Herakhan Babba and Ram Dass. Elizabeth was born in New Brunswick, NJ on October 30, 1929. She attended Parochial Schools in New Jersey and St. Petersburg High School. Elizabeth was married to Maxwell J. Cherbonneaux, Jr. on December 26, 1948; they were married for 67 years. Elizabeth is survived by her husband Maxwell J. Cherbonneaux, Jr.; son, A.J. Max Chrbonneaux; daughter, Leslie Cherbonneaux; grandchildren, Adrienne (Greene) Frances, Max Cherbonneaux; great-grandchildren , Ray Anne Youngblood, Laura Sanner, Emily Sanner, Shannon Frances, Anne Frances, Dalton Cherbonneaux, Nathan Cherbonneaux; cousin, Elke Hunder; Nieces, Teresa Clawson, Carol Boland, Deborah Eddinger, Valerie Maxted; Nephews, Jim Cherbonneaux, Jim Duncan, Jerry Duncan, Stewart Fahrney; many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by mother, Maria (Hunder) Schlesinger; father, Anton Schlesinger; brother, Walter J. Schlesinger; sister, Constance Hicks; along with grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
