Pankowski, Arlene "Joyce", 82, Seffner, FL., passed away on Saturday, November 28th, 2015 at Northside Hospital of St. Petersburg. She was born in New Britain, CT., and moved to the area in 1990 from Wallingford, CT. She had retired after working as an Electrical Inspector for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft. Joyce leaves behind her two sons, Edward and Stephen (Rae) Kaczmarczyk; one daughter, Cathy (Walter) Stairs; four brothers, Bro. Andre Lemieux, Edward Regnier, Mark Regnier and Keith Regnier; one sister, Madelyne Whittaker and four grandchildren.
