Peck, Deborah Lee "Debbie" 57 of Largo, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Canandaigua, NY, on November 17, 1958 to Charles Eatherton and Nancy Emrich, she married Eugene Allen on May 24, 1992. Debbie worked for Pinellas County Government in Human Resources and Emergency Management for over 20 years where her many great friends became extended family. She was a fan of NASCAR driver, Jeff Gordon. Debbie is survived by her husband of 24 years, Eugene Allen Peck and their dogs, Teboh and Candy; daughter, Jennifer Rivera (Jose); grandchildren, Anthony "A.J.", Devon, and Mariah; sister, Cheryl; brother, David; sister, Lory; parents, Charlie (Gail) and Nancy (Chris); as well as many nieces and nephews.
