Aldrich, James David 74 of St. Petersburg, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016. James was born in Gary, IN, on June 16, 1942 to Jack W. Aldrich and the late Peggy Aldrich. He was employed for many years with NASA as a designer/draftsman. James was an avid NASCAR enthusiast and he loved his 1972 Chevy Nova. James is survived by his father, Jack W. Aldrich; brothers, Tom Aldrich and wife, Patty, Bill Aldrich; many extended family members and friends. In addition to his mother James was predeceased by his wife, Sherry Aldrich and son, Timothy Aldrich. The family will receive guests for a gathering from 6-7pm on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Anderson McQueen, 2201 Dr. MLK St., FL 33704. The memorial service will begin at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of James to St. Paul Catholic Church, 1800 12th Street North, St Petersburg, FL 33704 or at www.memorial-donations.org.
