Olsen, Marcia Lee, 71 of St. Petersburg, passed away from cancer on September 28, 2017. She was born August 22, 1946 in Auburn, NY. Marcia retired from the American Heart Association, Southeast Affiliate and was SVP of Human Resources after 28 years of service. She was a member of Lutheran Church of the Cross for almost 40 years. Marcia is survived by her family in which she found great love and joy, husband Kurt O. Olsen of 52 years; sons, Douglas K. (Michelle) of St. Petersburg, Robb L. (Samantha) of Clearwater, Matthew O (Pam) of St. Petersburg; seven grandchildren, Morgan, Ella, Kai, Taylor, Eric, Mikel, Katie; sister, Alice Gehrig (Mark) of St. Pete Beach, brother David Main of Enterprise, AL, sister, Diane Cottrell of Pinellas Park; and numerous other loving family and friends. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11am at Lutheran Church of the Cross, 4545 Chancellor St. NE, St. Petersburg, 33703 with Rev. William R. Stenke officiating.
