October 13th, 1969 - November 8th, 2017
Camden, Jeffrey "Jeff", 48 of Saint Petersburg passed away unexpectedly on November 8, 2017 in Ocala. Jeff was born in Michigan but spent most of his childhood in Virginia and continued to reside there until his enlistment in the Marine Corps in 1988. Jeff is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Camden. Jeff is survived by his wife Susan, daughter Cassidy; father Bob Camden and stepmother Sharon; sister Kerry Brown (Teddy), brother Michael Camden (Heather), sister Nikki Camden; nieces Jane and Abby Brown and nephew JP Brown. Jeff was a hard and dedicated worker and rose within the building departments of Manatee County, City of Bradenton and most currently served as the Building Safety Director/Building Official of Marion County. Jeff was a wonderful person and a devoted father. Jeff often coached Cassidy's softball teams and was a member of All Pro Dad. He was blessed to have a strong Catholic faith and tried to better himself daily. Jeff loved to run, fish and hunt especially in the mountains of Virginia. Jeff will be forever missed. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project. Services are pending
