Richard Edward Kelley

Kelley, Richard Edward Jr. 47, died Feb. 23 after a brief illness. He was a 1980 graduate of Rockland High School and a 12-year United States Army Veteran. After leaving the Army, he spent many years in Worcester, MA where he was employed in sales. In recent years, he resided in St. Petersburg, FL. He is survived by his mother, Leona and stepfather, John Dillard of St. Petersburg, FL; children, Patrick and Megan both of Plantation, FL; brothers, Rene and sister-in-law, Cheryl Kelley of Lee, NH, Edward Kelley and partner, Ken Wilson of Gray, ME, and Walter and wife, Jessie Kelley of New Brockton, AL; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at a later date with graveside services in Rockland, ME.
