James Cecil Thorpe December 7, 1950 - March 11, 2022 THORPE - James Cecil, died March 11, 2022, in St. Petersburg, FL. Son of Courtney Thorpe and Martha Roberts, natives of Hazard, KY. Cecil is survived by his wife, Natasha Thorpe, a step-daughter, Isabella Meessina; A brother, William Courtney Thorpe: a sister, Beverley Thorpe Combs; three nephews and two nieces. Cecil enjoyed golf and did well at the game. Moreover, Cecil's professional life was remarkable: He attended the Union Carbide Nuclear Division School of Nondestructive Testing in Oak Ridge, TN Cecil held the title of Level 3 Welding Inspector. He will be missed in death as he was loved in life. Memorial service will be the 23rd of March, 11: am at Anderson-McQueen,2201 Dr. MLK Jr. Street N, St. Petersburg, FL 33704
