Cindy Corby On October 1, 2011, Cindy Corby of Chehalis, WA passed away peacefully in the home she shared with her loving husband of 27 years, Brian. Cindy was born on December 4, 1957 in Sewickley, PA, to Mary and John Eames. Cindy spent the majority of her childhood in Napa, CA, graduating from Vintage High in 1975. After high school, she married Randy Cyr on July 26, 1975. Cindy and Randy had two children, Jolene Cyr of Fairfield, CA and Jeremy (Tiffany) Cyr of Fairfield, CA. On November 12, 1983, Cindy married Brian Corby in Reno, NV. Cindy welcomed into their family a new daughter, Melissa (Robert) Wallace of St. Peters, MO, through Brian’s first marriage. In 1984, Cindy and Brian had a son, Matthew (Priscila) Corby of Fayetteville, NC. They resided in Napa until 1991, when they moved to Chehalis, WA. Cindy took on many different career challenges, finally finding her passion, working in the culinary arts field with Green Hill School for troubled youth until her passing. Cindy developed a strong love for cooking and family from her step-father, Ed Rossy. Cindy loved spending time with Brian, riding motorcycles, visiting the Washington Coast and spending time with her family and friends. Cindy is survived by her husband, Brian, her daughters, Jolene and Melissa, her sons, Jeremy and Matthew. Cindy had a large family, including four brothers, John Eames, Sacramento, CA, Don Eames, Santa Rosa, CA, Logan (Tara) Burns, Napa, CA and David Eames, Chehalis, WA and five sisters, Juli (Dave) Davison, Napa, CA, Sabrina Eames, Chehalis, WA, Stacy Jones, Centralia, WA, Desiree Casey, Chehalis, WA and Deanna Whitter, Chehalis, WA. She also leaves behind her best friend Linda Campbell, Napa, CA, her three grandchildren, Kiana, Donovan and Elizabeth, and many loved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Ed and Mary Rossy of Maui, HI and John Eames of Chehalis, WA. Please leave memories of Cindy or condolences for the family in the Guestbook below.
