June 15th, 1969 - April 25th, 2014
Greg Head, a Tacoma area resident known for his stained glass artistry, died April 25. He was 44. Greg was born in Lakewood on June 15, 1969, to Donna and Douglas Head. He was a graduate of Lakes High School and Bates Technical College. In addition to his artwork, Greg took pride in building aircraft as a machinist for the Boeing Company. Greg is survived by his loving parents, and by his young son, Miles A. Head. He also leaves a loving brother, sisters, aunts and uncles, cousins, and special friend, Julie Hale. Greg was a talented person who will be forever loved and missed by his friends and family. All are invited to a memorial service Saturday June 7, at 4:00 PM, to be held at The Center for Spiritual Living, 206 N. J St. in Tacoma. Arrangements by Edwards Funeral Home.
