A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 3, 2008 at the Masonic Center, 455 North St. S.E., Tumwater, WA 98501. A public viewing will take place prior to the service beginning at 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. There will be a gathering with his family after the funeral and we encourage his friends to come and share your experience of Luke with us. Anyone who knows Luke has experienced his thoughtfulness and generosity. One of his dreams was to help students in severe poverty communities. Along with his friends Mala and Tida, this dream recently became a reality through the creation of a scholarship program called Oak Microscholarship. As a gift to Luke, we would like his friends and loved ones to have an opportunity to donate to this site. Donations can be accepted through www.oakmicroscholarship.org. The family is encouraging donations in lieu of flowers. We want as many people as possible to help continue his dream.
