Patricia “Ann” Jacques passed away at the home in Lacey, Washington, on October 20, 2007. She was born May 26, 1958 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, to William and Barbara (Nice) Hunter. Ann became part of the Spinney family in 1969, and moved with them from Massachusetts to Arizona in 1972. Ann was preceded in death by her birth parents, William and Barbara Hunter; brothers, William and Robert Hunter; husband, Leon Jacques; and father, Vernon Spinney. She is survived by the two lights of her life, her daughter, Charlotte Jacques, and son, Robert Jacques, both of Washington; sister, Kathy Herlihy of Massachusetts; mother, Lillian Spinney of Arizona; sisters, Dianne Spinney, Cheryl Fleming, and Lori (Chuck) Allen of Arizona; sister, Robin (James) Keiser of California; brother, Edward (Joanne) Spinney of Arizona; and numerous nieces and nephews.
