Charmaine Joy Lehman Charmaine passed away July 28, 2013 in Olympia, Washington, four days short of her 81st birthday. She was born August 1, 1932 in Chehalis, Washington, to Orvel and Edith Bishop. Charmaine was a graduate of William Winlock Miller High School Class of 1950. She married Jacob W. Lehman on December 29, 1984 in Olympia. Professionally, Charmaine was a budget analyst. She retired from the U.S. Department of Interior in 1994, after 32 years of service. She is survived by her husband, Jacob; sons, Walter F. “Skip” Dziedziak of Seattle, and Stephen J. Dziedziak of Olympia; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; sister, Carolyn B. Reffner; and brother, Larry O. Bishop.
