Viewing will be 10:30 am - 11:30 am Tues. March 21, 2006 Masonic Center 521 North Street SE Tumwater. Alma Thora Lilly, 80, of Olympia, died Tuesday, March 14, 2006. Alma passed away of natural causes at Roo Lan Lodge. She was born on August 12, 1925, in South Bend, WA to Edvin and Anna (Odne) Kjesbu. Alma attended high school in Tacoma, WA and moved to CA with her first husband, Bill Archer and later divorced. In 1954, Alma married Jack F. Lilly and lived in Hollywood, CA where she worked in real estate and Jack was the sound man for Gene Autry. She moved back to WA in the 60’s and worked for DSHS until her retirement. Alma was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister (Klara), and brother (Einar O.). She is survived by her sister-in-law, Ellen, and 2 nephews, Einar E. of Oslo, Norway, and Erik of Tumwater; also, a cousin, Rhoda Brumbaugh of Lynden. Viewing will be Tuesday, March 21, 2006 from 10:30-11:30 am at the Masonic Center, 521 North Street SE, Tumwater. The graveside service will follow at 2pm at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, 13600 8th Ave E in Parkland. Memorial donations may be sent to Roo-Lan Lodge or a charity of your choice.
