May 21,1954-Aug.9,2016 Debbie was born in Tacoma, Washington at Tacoma General Hospital, to her parents Albert Loska and Lorraine L. (Demars) Loska, who preceded her in passing. She passed away in her home on Aug 9, 2016 from a heart attack, bringing an end to her illness and painful suffering. She was a long time resident of Bremerton, Washington known by many and Loved by all. She spent her last days living in the small community of Lakebay, Washington. She was a dedicated Christian Woman, who chose CNA work as a profession, since she loved people. She loved people and animals of all types; everyone was a friend even if meeting you for the first time. She loved the Lord and working with her local Church, the Lakebay Community Church who runs a Food Bank out in the Key Peninsula area. Here she not only fed her neighbors physical food but fed them spiritually as well. She loved Road Trips and working in her Garden every chance she could get, once her health began to hinder this she still tried helping out in any way she could. She had a very big heart and loved to help people. She is survived by her Life partner of 18 years Rodger Thomas, her 2 daughters Laura Brown of Port Orchard and Shannon Blevins of Tacoma, WA. Her 2 Sons Matthew Blevins and Micheal Blevins both of Bremerton, WA and her 16 Grand Children; whom she loved very dearly and many friends from all over the world. There will be a Memorial Service to Honor her Life on August 28, 2016 @3:00 PM at the Lakebay Community Church. The address is #11 Cornwall Rd. KPS Lakebay, Wa 98349 Flowers may be sent to the Lakebay Community Church, any monetary donations should be sent C/O Rodger Thomas.
