NA Douglas Lane McCleery Douglas Lane McCleery was born October 3, 1949 in Minneapolis, MN to John and Ann McCleery. Douglas passed away at Capital Medical Center, Olympia on March 19, 2012. Douglas served with the US Army 4th I.D in Vietnam. He had lived in Rio Rancho, N.M. Minneapolis, MN and Mankato, MN. He had worked as an Elevator Repairman for 35 years. He enjoyed motorcycles, leatherwork, carpentry, reading and remodeling. He was Member of Lodge #244 Free and Accepted Masons, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 318, and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Aerie 21. He is survived by his son Michael and his wife Carol McCleery and 2 sisters Sue Chestek and Barbara Alex 2 grandchildren Erin and Brigid, Nephews Eric and wife Monica, E.J. Tyler, Christopher and Niece Becky. Graveside Inurnment will be held April 11, 2012 11am at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.
