Charles was born October 26, 1940 in Boise, ID to Charles and Virginia Martens . He passed away January 27, 2013 in Tacoma, WA surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife - Sandy; son - Justin Rodin; daughter - Lisa Rodin; brother - John Martens; 3 grandchildren; nephew Charlie Martens and numerous extended family members and friends. A memorial luncheon will be held Saturday February 2, 11AM - 2PM at South Tacoma Eagles 2933, 7037 S. Pine St. Tacoma, WA 98409.
