Betty Marie Mickelson was born on 10/6/1932 in Tacoma, WA and passed away 8/24/2011 in Puyallup, WA. She had the ultimate mother's heart, and was considered "MOM" by many because of her open arms and acts of kindness. Her family was her #1 reason for living, devoting every minute to caring for their needs, observed by all. She was unmatched as a loving wife, mother, grandmother/great-grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, employee and friend. She was an angel in disguise to everyone who crossed her pathway, including strangers, giving unconditionally in whatever way she could. She was and always will be the "SUPER-MOM" in our lives. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter of 19 years, Kari. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Orville; daughter Kim Nevares; son Bret Mickelson; son Todd (Patrice) Mickelson; 7 grandchildren (Brittney, Cori, Evan, Cameron, Jeremy, Paul and Megan; 5 great-grandchildren (Keenan, Jaaziah, Collette, Joshua and Colton.
