Sharon Lee Prince born on November 8, 1953 to Ernest A. Woessner and Theresa A. Woessner (McKivergan) in Seattle, Washington passed away at her home in Puyallup, Washington on February 10, 2017. Sharon leaves behind her ex-husband, friend, and father of her children Mike Prince. Sharon is survived by her children Margarita (Willie), Michael (Christie), John (Cassie), and Shannon. Sharon is also survived by her 12 grandchildren Marcus, Maggie, Maureen, Jacqueline, Miley, Madison, Atticus, Oscar, Ayiana, Adriana, Cassidy, and Bailey. Sharon was a retired line cook and began working at Ma's Place Restaurant in Puyallup, Washington in 1985 and worked there until 2005. Sharon then began working at Muckleshoot Casino as a line cook in 2005 until she retired in 2008. Sharon was known for her hard work and her love for her children and grandchildren. Sharon enjoyed gardening and always looked forward to the Spring when she could make the yard beautiful. Sharon loved the holidays, especially Christmas time, when she would spend her time baking and sewing wonderful gifts for her family and friends. Sharon also leaves behind her siblings Glen Woessner (MaryLee), Charlotte Watkins (Merle), Ruth Bernhardt (Harry), and Ernest Woessner Jr. (Patsy) and many nieces and nephews. Sharon left this world as on her terms "If I'm going to go, I will have a Coca Cola in one hand and a cigarette in the other" and that is exactly what she did. Sharon will be remembered for her good heart, infectious laugh, and fire cracker spirit. "A million times we've needed you; A million times we've cried. If love alone could have saved you; You never would have died. In life we loved you dearly; In death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a space no one else will ever fill. It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn't go alone. Part of us went with you the day God called you home." We love you mom, we miss you and we will see you when we get there."
