Jazmin was born November 9, 1986 in Pago Pago, American Samoa to Henry and Suzanne (Leota) Tavake and passed away October 3, 2008 in University Place, WA surrounded by her loving family. Jazmin is survived by her loving parents, Henry and Suzanne Tavake; brothers and sisters, Nick, Paefoa, Sala, Terrah, Fatu, Nathan, Danielle, Chrissina, Joseph, Aleki, Maze, Roman; grandmother, Lemotu Leota; and numerous extended family and friends. Preceded in death by her grandparents, Tuli Leota, Billy Tavake, and Paepaefoa Tavake. Viewing to be held 4-8PM Friday, October 10, 2008 at Edwards Memorial Center, 3005 Bridgeport Way W., University Place, WA 98466. Funeral service to be held 9AM Saturday, October 11, 2008 at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St. SW, Lakewood, WA. Viewing before service from 8-9. Jazmin will return home to Pago Pago, American Samoa on Thursday, October 16, 2008 and final funeral service will take place Saturday October 18, 2008 at a time that will be announced later.
