Doris Mae Baker (ne Readence) On Friday, June 12, we lost our mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, at the age of 90; she lived a good, long life. Doris was a person who was filled with spirit. She was someone who always worried about her children and grandchildren. She was someone who made decisions in her life that, at times, weighed heavy on her heart. One thing she loved most was her family, and she missed them all not being around her. We will miss her humor, her smile, her style, her laughter, her feistiness, and her being. We will miss her! Doris was born on March 26, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio to Susan and Edward Readence. She is survived by her brother, Edward F. Readence of Cleveland, Ohio; son, John Baker (Sherry) of Yuma, Arizona; son, Ronald Baker of Ellisville, Missouri; daughter, Connie Raspet of Covington, Washington; and daughter Mary Baker-Johnston (Steve) of Yuma, Arizona, as well as ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by both of her parents and her brother Bill. Memorial services for Doris Mae Bakerwill be held at noon on Saturday July 25, 2015 at Family of Grace Lutheran Church in Auburn(31317 - 124th Avenue SE, Auburn, 98092). Pastor Mark Johnson will officiate.
