Herbert Dan Rowland Herbert Rowland, 70, a 9 year resident of Lacey, died March 12, 2009. He was born August 23, 1938 in Warren, Texas to Harry E. and Elsie C. (Woodall) Rowland. Prior to living in Lacey, Herbert lived in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He served in the United States Air Force. Herbert married Wanda M. Holson in Arkansas. She died in January 2008. Herbert is survived by 4 sons, Herbert Dan Rowland, Jr., Curtis J. Fry, Randy G. Fry, and Raymond D. Rowland; 2 brothers, Harry E. Rowland, Jr. and Robert D. Rowland; also12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Herbert was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Robert D. Rowland; and 3 brothers, Claude Wesley Rowland and Vallard E. Rowland
