Regina "McCloud" E. Sanchez
February 18th, 1926 - December 13th, 2009
Regina E. (McCloud) Sanchez, 83, of Olympia, WA, born February, 18, 1926, passed away in her home on December 13, 2009. Regina was an enrolled member of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians and part of the Nisqually Community where she lived her entire life. She worked and retired from Weyerhaeuser, and loved to watch all sports, especially the Nisqually Hardball Team. She will be missed, but always loved and remembered.She is survived by her 7 sons, Dorian, Gene, Raymond Jr., Larry, Jaime, Marty and Tony Sanchez of Nisqually; 2 sisters, Georgiana (Nuegen) Kautz and Ramona (Reggie) Wells of Nisqually; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, whom she loved and enjoyed immensely. Regina was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Sanchez Sr.; her parents George and Rose McCloud Sr.; 6 brothers, Earl (Margie) McCloud, Merle (Bernice) McCloud, George (Frankie) McCloud Jr., Jack (Josie) McCloud, Orville (Mildred) McCloud, Orvid (Zelma) McCloud; 2 sisters, Marilyn (Julius) Samuels and Norma (William) Frank; 3 grandsons, Jared Sanchez, Seth Sanchez, and Raymon Chico Sanchez; and one granddaughter, Tiffany Sanchez. The family would like to thank Regina’s caregivers Jennifer Sonognini, Eileen Martin, Mary Monyo and Stephanie Green for their support, care and compassion.
