Kimberly Rose Hinrichs
October 17th, 1963 - November 15th, 2012
Following a courageous battle with breast cancer, Kimberly Rose Hinrichs died peacefully Thursday morning, November 15th, 2012, at her home in Gig Harbor, Washington. Kim was born October 17th, 1963, in Tacoma, Washington. She grew up in Lakewood and Gig Harbor and graduated from Peninsula High School. She worked in Customer Service both at Washington Mutual Gas and Peninsula Light Company prior to founding her own, very successful company, Just Blingin’ It. She began her home based internet business in 2007, which quickly became a modern day success story shipping exquisite rhinestone transfers all over the world. For Kim, her greatest joy was to work, everyday, with her beloved daughter Danielle. When Kim wasn’t Blingin’ something (anything), she loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a passionate animal advocate who loved to shop and fish and was the queen ofpractical jokes. Kim was a loving wife, devoted mother, and valued friend who gave her love unconditionally. She was unassuming, quietly generous and philanthropic. She will be remembered for her smile and love for life. Those who knew her were touched by her presence as a woman with immeasurable strength, courage, beauty, faith and unwavering love. Kim will be greatly missed by her best friend and husband of 21 years, Robert Hinrichs, herdaughter Danielle Brown of Gig Harbor, WA, stepson, Sandz Hinrichs, wife Kelly andher three Grandchildren, Cole, Lauren and Alex of Cheney, WA. She is also survived by her parents, Robert and Judy Barber, her three sisters, Kelly (Michael) Arndt, KatrinaBarber, Kari Barber along with aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Dr. Frank Senecal, MD, and his staff at Anthony’s Hospital for their great care and support of Kim during her illness. The celebration of Kim’s life will be held on Saturday, December 8th, 2012, 11 am, at Believers Fellowship, 4112 Hunt Street Northwest, Gig Harbor, WA 98335. The family suggests that memorials be made to the local Food Bank or Animal Shelter.
