Maari Leora Dickerson entered this world as our gift on May 20th, 2003 and received her Angel wings on August 31st, 2013. She is survived by her mother Marjorie, father David, and brother Aidan. Her Celebration Of Life Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, September 14th 2013 at Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church, 7700 Skansie Ave Gig Harbor, WA 98335. Maari was a student at Washington-Hoyt Elementary and participated in both of the Tacoma School Distrct's SAIL and JAWS programs for Gifted students last year as a fourth grader. She was also active in the Young Ambassadors of Physical Education performance team the past two years, played piano and violin at a superior level, was a member of Girl Scout Troop 40325, and was a devoted Sunday School member at Chapel Hill Presbyterian. Maari loved to ride her unicycle, practice jump rope routines and jumping on the trampoline. She also loved her Kumon math and playing with friends. Her bulldog Mahler continues to wait for her return, but we look forward to meeting her again one day in God's Celestial Kingdom. The family is thankful she is no longer suffering and is walking with Jesus and asking him questions every step of the way.
