Patrick M. Manning, 36, passed away of natural causes on June 22, 2017 in Tumwater, Washington. He was born August 26, 1980 to Dennis M. Manning and Debra R. McAllister in Clinton, Iowa. Patrick graduated from Black Hills High School in 1999 and Clover Park Technical College in 2000. He was an evidence officer for the Tumwater Police Department for nine years. He had a dry sense of humor, was gentle and kind, and loved his nieces, nephews, and his dog, Daisy. He also loved four-wheel drives, Mustangs, anything Ford, and firearms. He was a member of Mustang West and Pirates 4×4. Patrick is survived by his mom, Debra McAllister; stepdad, Larry McAllister; sisters, Kacey Morrison and Traci Smith; maternal grandparents, Red and Ruth Emery; and paternal grandfather, Don Manning.
