March 21st, 1948 - April 11th, 2017
Janice Eileen Graham passed away April 11, 2017 at the age of 69. Janice was born in London, England on March 21, 1948 to Walter and Eileen James. Her family came to the United States from England by ship when she was 9 years old. Janice graduated from Mt Tahoma High School in 1966 and subsequently attended Tacoma Community College where she received her Associates Degree. She worked for many years at the Sheraton Tacoma hotel where she met many of her closest friends, including her husband Chuck. Chuck and Janice were married on September 21, 1991. In recent years she worked for the Tacoma School District in the cafeteria. Janice was very kind hearted and well known for her hospitality and helping others; she has graciously opened her home to multiple people over the years. She enjoyed spending time with Chuck and her girlfriends and going to the casino. She is survived by her husband, Charles Graham; son, Derek (Jennifer) Burns; brother, Terence (Janet) James; nephew, Jeff (Jessica) James; nieces, Jennifer (Jonn) Moomaw and Lindsey (Josh) Simms and many grand-nieces/nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Eileen James. All are invited to join her family in a celebration of Janices life on Saturday May 13, 2017 2pm; The Net Shed/Arabellas Landing 3323 Harborview Dr Gig Harbor WA.
