David Mathews died peacefully at home in Tacoma, WA on October 22, 2016 at the age of 66. Dave is survived by his loving wife Beverly and sons Je?ff (wife Tracy) and Mark (wife Kelly) and grandsons Jonah, Bailey, Eli and Isaiah. Dave was born on January 6, 1950 in Seattle, WA to George and Virginia Mathews. He graduated from Federal Way High School in 1968. He married his high school sweetheart Bev in 1970. He worked as a diesel mechanic for Federal Way Public Schools for 16 years, and then 16 years as the shop supervisor for Auburn School District. A memorial service will be held at Evergreen Bible Chapel on Saturday, October 29 at 3:00 PM. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Daves life and journey home.
