Demetrio Leonidas Montinola

Demetrio " Demet " Montinola was born on 10/08/1935 in San Enrique, Negros Occidental, Philippines and passed away 9/19/08 in Kent, WA. He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Mimi; daughters Sweeney Mae and Nichole Dianne Montinola; Karen ( Bernie) Katigbak; Leonor ( Raffy) Dadivas; Kathyrn ( Martin) Van der Veen; Gretchen ( Alex) Kertis; Michael (Alexis) Montinola; 12 granchildren, sisters Purita Tison; Elsa Dumancas; Golet Montinola; Jocelyn Heria and numerous relatives and friends. Demet was a loving, caring, thoughtful husband and most of all very religious. We will missed his funny stories and sense of humor. The family would like to send a special thanks to Swedish Medical Center, Franciscan Hospice House, St. John The Baptist, Edwards Memorial Center and friends, Joan, Pat, Karl who helped make his last days pleasant and peaceful. He will be forever in our hearts and he will be missed.
